Call for Portraits and Photos
Wisdom Arts Laboratory is looking for artists of any age who want to make something for our Dia de Los Muertos altar. Think about what you would like to place into the altar. Paint a portrait, draw someone, place a photo. You can bring your contribution on Friday, October 28 between 4 - 5:30.
The Dia de Los Muertos altar will stay on exhibit until November 2.
It is said that on November 1st, spirits come and visit loved ones, then on November 2nd the spirits depart. November 1st is a day to think about the dearly departed you have known and spend time doing the things you loved doing with them.
We will hold our all ages annual, free, celebration with live music on Friday October 28, from 4 - 5:30.
